Change of Direction Reaction Drill

Place a chair, D-man, cone ….. in the key just above the foul line. A coach stands about 3 feet behind it. The ball handler starts at the top of the key and makes a dribble move at the chair. The coach steps out to one side or the other. The ball handler reacts to the coach / “help defender” and changes direction with dribble and scores.
