UConn Dribbling in Traffic Drill

Space 6 players along the end line, another 6 players at mid-court. All have a ball. 6 other players line up across the court, midway between the end line and mid-court. They defend – no ball. The end line and mid-court players dribble ahead, eyes up, reacting to the other players coming towards them – avoiding them with spontaneous dribble moves and avoiding the reaches of the defenders lined up across the middle of the court. Continue back and forth for 3 minutes.
