Improvement doesn’t just happen. To get to the summit you have to start at the bottom of the mountain and work your way to the top. Each step gets you a bit closer to the summit. Likewise, we improve, usually a little at a time, layering in learning and experience. As we gain competence in a skill, we add new learning and continue to improve and grow. Improvement is a process – step by step actions connecting to a larger goal.
