Culture

Culture can be defined as the rituals, accepted behaviors, norms, knowledge, habits and beliefs of the individuals belonging to an organization that are passed on over time. It can refer to "the way we do things here". One Voice Basketball works to create and maintain a culture of respect for self and others, integrity, support, continual learning, teamwork, confidence and humility.
